The Assistant Director of Admissions recruits and evaluates freshman and transfer applicants to support enrollment goals. Serve on Admissions Outreach and Access team, with a focus on community-based organizations (CBOs) and Native American and Indigenous student outreach. Exercise discretion in the review of confidential admission materials. Plan and implement strategic recruitment practices, both long-term and short-term, to achieve University undergraduate enrollment objectives. Provide detailed and nuanced counseling to students, families, counselors, and alumni.
