Northwestern University invites applications for Assistant Director of Admission – Office of Undergraduate Admission.  Northwestern is one of the world’s premier research institutions that is committed to excellent teaching, innovative research, and the personal and intellectual growth of its students in a diverse academic community. 

The Assistant Director of Admissions recruits and evaluates freshman and transfer applicants to support enrollment goals. Serve on Admissions Outreach and Access team, with a focus on community-based organizations (CBOs) and Native American and Indigenous student outreach. Exercise discretion in the review of confidential admission materials. Plan and implement strategic recruitment practices, both long-term and short-term, to achieve University undergraduate enrollment objectives. Provide detailed and nuanced counseling to students, families, counselors, and alumni.
