Visit Experience Coordinator

Beloit College invites applications for the position of Visit Experience Coordinator in a dynamic, fast-paced enrollment division responsible for enrolling and re-enrolling a diverse and talented student body for a nationally ranked liberal arts college. This is a nine month, benefits eligible position with full time hours from August through April annually.

The Visit Experience Coordinator serves as a member of Beloit’s enrollment operations and visit experience team tasked with developing and maintaining business processes across the enrollment division as well as planning and executing visits for individual prospective students in addition to larger visit programs. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Operations and collaborating closely with colleagues across the enrollment division, key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organizing and scheduling complex and highly personalized visits for prospective students and their families, key partners of the admissions office, and other campus stakeholders.
  • Serving as a front-facing point of contact for visitors, setting a tone of superior customer service for both guests and internal constituents.
  • Troubleshooting issues relating to visits and last minute changes while maintaining composure.
  • Providing operational support to the division including general office administrative support such as data entry, filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining correspondence.

The successful candidate will have a genuine appreciation for the liberal arts, as well as connecting high school students to opportunities to fulfill their educational goals. Attention to detail, a high degree of organization, and comfort working in a nimble, fast-paced environment are essential. A high school degree or equivalent is required, as is proficiency with basic office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and the ability learn other software relevant to duties. A bachelors degree is preferred.
